Yes, creating a pak97 account is completely free. There is no registration fee, no activation charge and no monthly subscription. The minimum age to create a pak97 account is 18 years. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement. During registration you confirm your date of birth and by accepting the Terms you declare you are at least 18. pak97 may request CNIC documentation at any time to verify age. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 is closed immediately and all funds returned.

No. Each person is permitted one pak97 account only. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of pak97's Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, pak97 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses or winnings linked to them. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support@pak97.biz immediately to resolve it.

CNIC is not required during initial registration on pak97. You can register and start playing with just your mobile number. pak97 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

All deposits are made in PKR with no currency conversion. There are no deposit fees charged by pak97. Some payment providers may charge their own transaction fees which are outside pak97's control. For full details visit Deposit and Withdrawal.

The minimum deposit on pak97 is Rs 200. There is no upper limit on deposits, though your payment provider may have their own daily transfer limits. For Easypaisa and JazzCash users, note that daily transfer limits set by the provider may apply — check your mobile wallet app for your personal limit if you are depositing a large amount.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit to your pak97 account within 30 seconds of the transaction being completed on your end. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are usually credited within 1 to 2 minutes. Bank IBFT deposits may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank's processing time. Visa and Mastercard deposits are usually credited within 5 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after the expected time, contact support@pak97.biz with your transaction reference number.

pak97 processes withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash for amounts up to Rs 50,000. Larger amounts or first-time withdrawals may take up to 2 hours as additional verification checks are completed. Bank IBFT withdrawals depend on your bank's receiving schedule and can take 1 to 4 hours. Withdrawals are only sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500.

Common reasons for a withdrawal being rejected on pak97 include: outstanding active bonus wagering requirements that have not been met, a mismatch between the withdrawal destination and the depositing method, unverified account details, or a withdrawal amount below the Rs 500 minimum. If your withdrawal was rejected for a reason not listed here, contact support@pak97.biz with your withdrawal reference number for a specific explanation.

pak97 itself does not charge any fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. The PKR amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account, and the PKR amount you request to withdraw is what your payment provider receives. Some payment providers — particularly banks — may deduct a small processing fee on their end, which pak97 has no control over. Always check your bank or mobile wallet app terms for any applicable transfer charges.

Responsible Gaming
