Terms and Conditions – pak97 Online Gaming Platform

By accessing, browsing, registering for or using any part of the pak97 platform at https://pak97.biz, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and pak97.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using pak97 and close your account if one has already been created. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

To register and use pak97 you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak97 operates a strict minimum age policy and will conduct age verification checks. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds returned after deducting any winnings generated.
• You must be a natural individual — corporations, businesses, trusts and organisations may not register as players.
• You must not be self-excluded from pak97 or subject to any active self-exclusion or exclusion order from another gaming platform that you are required to observe.
• You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgement at the time of placing bets or making financial transactions.
• Your use of pak97 must not violate any law applicable to you in your personal jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying that accessing online gaming is lawful in your location.

pak97 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each individual may hold only one active pak97 account. Creating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any associated balances reviewed and potentially forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your real full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a date of birth that correctly reflects your age. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak97 account password and login credentials. You must not share your credentials with any other person. pak97 will not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

All financial transactions on pak97 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak97 does not process payments in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

All funds deposited to pak97 must come from a payment source that belongs to and is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will trigger an immediate account review. pak97 reserves the right to return funds to the source account if third-party payment is suspected.

pak97 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside pak97's control and pak97 bears no responsibility for them.

Withdrawals from pak97 are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to availability. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds. If the original deposit method is unavailable, pak97 will work with the player to identify an appropriate alternative.

Standard withdrawal processing times on pak97 are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 2 to 5 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals complete within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within the same working day for requests submitted before 10:00 PM PKT.

pak97 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts. Players may be required to submit a copy of their CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of ownership of the receiving payment account. Cooperation with these checks is a condition of continued account use.

pak97 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly on the relevant promotional page. The following general principles apply to all pak97 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may only be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (wagering requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be stated on each promotional page.
• Bonuses expire within a stated period if the wagering requirement has not been completed. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.
• pak97 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion will have their bonus reviewed on a case-by-case basis if a cancellation occurs.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through systematic play strategies designed specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine recreational intent constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account review and bonus forfeiture.

All bets placed on pak97 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing their selections and stake amounts before confirming any bet. pak97 does not accept requests to void or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where pak97 itself has made a material error in the odds or market setup.

pak97 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• The event or market was offered in error with incorrect odds or conditions.
• The event was cancelled, postponed or abandoned and rescheduled beyond 12 hours of the original start time.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing or sporting irregularity affecting the outcome.
• A technical fault caused bets to be recorded incorrectly.

In the case of a voided bet, the original stake is returned to the player's pak97 balance in full. No additional compensation is payable in respect of potential winnings from a voided bet.

Maximum stake limits per bet vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within each market and may be updated at pak97's discretion. Exceeding a displayed limit will result in the bet being automatically reduced to the maximum permitted amount.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pak97 and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Using automated betting tools, bots or scripts to place or manage bets without genuine human interaction.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games including but not limited to Teen Patti and poker variants.
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing chips or funds to another account in order to transfer value fraudulently.
• Money laundering — using pak97 to process funds derived from illegal activity or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors — knowingly benefiting from a technical fault without reporting it to pak97 support.
• Impersonation — accessing or attempting to access another player's pak97 account, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Abusive conduct toward pak97 staff, live dealers or other players through any communication channel.

pak97 employs fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed, balances reviewed and, where required, relevant information may be shared with financial authorities.

pak97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without advance notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete requested identity or payment verification within a reasonable period.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal or otherwise harmful activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

If your account is suspended for investigation, any accessible balance will be held securely. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, your balance will be returned and your account reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, pak97 will determine the appropriate treatment of your balance in line with the severity of the violation.

You may also close your pak97 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Your remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 working days, subject to standard verification requirements.

pak97 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be entertaining — and we take our role in keeping it that way seriously. The following tools and policies are in place for all pak97 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits cannot be increased for at least 24 hours and any reduction takes effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure reminders that alert them when they have been active on pak97 for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from pak97. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked, no deposits can be made and no bets placed. Temporary exclusions cannot be reversed until the agreed period has expired.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts remind players of how long they have been in a gaming session.

pak97 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uninterrupted service, pak97 cannot guarantee that the platform will be error-free, free from technical disruptions or available at all times.

pak97's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's pak97 account at the time the relevant claim arises. pak97 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses including but not limited to lost profits or opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

pak97 is not responsible for losses arising from:

• Internet or connectivity failures outside pak97's control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• Decisions made by players in the course of gameplay.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, power outages or civil disturbances.

pak97 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms you also agree to the pak97 Privacy Policy.

The personal information you provide when registering — including your name, mobile number and date of birth — is used to manage your account, process payments, conduct verification and comply with applicable legal obligations. pak97 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Pakistan's data protection requirements are observed in full. You have the right to request access to the personal data pak97 holds about you and to request correction of any inaccuracies. To make such a request, contact our support team at support@pak97.biz.

pak97 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, payment methods, applicable legal requirements or operational practices. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email to their registered address or via an in-app notification on their next login.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. If you continue to use pak97 after a new version of these Terms has been published, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the updated Terms take effect.

pak97 takes all player complaints seriously. A senior member of our team will review formal complaints within 5 working days and provide a written response.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of this document, the English version will prevail.
